Ocassionally due to circumstances beyond our control the ocassional delivery cannot be made, this can be due to customers giving us wrong contact information in error and subsequently the courier is unable to deliver goods as a result, we have to pay the courier for the attempted delivery and subsequent return of goods to us. As the information provided was beyond our control we provide a re-delivery service at cost price to customers.
If An Post are unable to deliver and the the order is uncollected from the Post Office and subsequently returned to us we provide a repackage and redelivery service. Please select the An Post option.
