Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control the occasional delivery cannot be made, this can be due to customers selecting incorrect method of delivery like 'Pick up in store' or giving us incorrect contact information in error, subsequently the goods are left instore awaiting pick up or the courier is unable to deliver goods as a result,
As the information provided was beyond our control we provide a delivery/re-delivery service at cost price to customers.
If An Post are unable to deliver and the the order is uncollected from the Post Office and subsequently returned to us we provide a repackage and redelivery service. Please select the An Post option.
